These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adanya API Directory operated by Adanya Software Inc. ("Adanya", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Platform

• You may browse, search, and submit APIs subject to our review process.
• API submissions must be accurate and lawful. Spam or abusive content is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are required to submit APIs. Users must not impersonate others or use false information.
• You agree not to scrape, copy, or exploit content without prior written permission.

3. Payments & Features

• Some features (e.g., featured API listings) may be paid services. Pricing and terms will be clearly provided before any transaction.
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified for a particular service.
• We do not currently offer downloadable PDF content or subscriptions through third-party storefronts.

4. Intellectual Property

• All original content (text, design, code, and branding) is owned by Adanya Software Inc. and may not be reused without permission.
• You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to display, review, and promote it within the directory.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts or content that violate our policies or applicable laws, without notice.
• You may request account deletion anytime via the Contact page.

6. Disclaimers

• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listed APIs.
• Use of third-party APIs is at your own risk. Always review the original API provider’s terms and documentation.
• We are not responsible for downtime, security flaws, or issues caused by third-party APIs.

7. Privacy & Compliance

• We collect basic access logs including IP addresses for analytics and security purposes. These are not used to personally identify you unless required for legal or fraud investigations.
• We comply with applicable laws including the GDPR and CCPA. Please review our Cookies Policy for more information on tracking and data use.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
